washer, microwave, washer dryer; picnic tables; river front deck and
awning, color cable TV on both floors with DVD and Vcr; sandy beach at
your back door, beach chairs, chaise lounges, gas grill. Fish the Saco
River, kayak from your back door or build a sand castle. Never cook with
three restaurants a short walk away or get your lobster off the boat .
