Number of Bedrooms is four. Three bedrooms are on the first floor; bedroom one has a one double bed, bedroom two has two twins, and the third bedroom also has two twins. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen size bed.
There is a bath with shower on the first floor. Located outside is a beach shower.

This cottage is located on the beach block. In addition to surf fishing you can put your boat in at local boat ramps and fish the Saco River. In the historic City of Saco you and your family can hike the Saco Heath formed during the last ice age. Take a trip to Prouts Neck to visit a famous Maine artist, Homer Winslow's home. Or take walk around the Candy Factory on Old Orchard St. in Old Orchard Beach to sample their home made salt water taffy.
