Number of Bedrooms is three. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds.            

Bathroom: One bathroom with tub and shower is on the first floor.

Amenities: This vacation cottage comes with a Full bath; large living area; enclosed porch; microwave; electric coffee pot; electric toaster; cable TV; VCR; picnic table; local telephone and a pathway to a sandy beach and the ocean. Unit #1 also has a washer/dryer and limited marsh view. The Fireplace is inoperable. The rental unit is across from one of trails of the Saco Trail System. A mile to the south is the fishing village of Camp Ellis Beach visited by Samuel D. Champlain 1605.  Richard Vines established a settlement caller Winter Harbor at the mouth of the Saco River in 1616-1617. In 1631 the first permanent settlement was started. Camp Ellis Beach is located at the mouth of The Saco River, which begins at the foot of Mt. Washington, and is known today for it's boating and fishing. Saco has long been a tourist destination. A short trip up I-95 will take you to Portland, an other great Historic city.
